New Kids on the Block once was a super popular band. They are not that popular anymore, but they are still going strong. In 2013 they toured together with Backstreet Boys, but now they are out there alone again, and on May 15th they will come to Vienna.

As New Kids of the Block come to Vienna, they will perform in the very cool venue named Gasometer. The venue is an attraction in itself, so make sure to check out this attraction while in Vienna, even if you are not actually going to the New Kids of the Block concert itself.

How to get to Gasometer?

How can I get from the centre of Vienna, like Stephansplatz, to Gasometer?

If you come with car you need to travel on highway (Autobahn) A23 Südosttangente and take the exit towards “St. Marx”… but, since you wanted to know how to get from the center of Vienna, you can travel with the U3 towards Simmering, but make sure to leave the metro at the station Gasometer. This line stops at the Stephansplatz, making the travel very easy. If the concert at Gasometer lasts for a long time you might need to use night bus line N75 to get back to the center.

After a long break between 2003 and 2009 The Cranberries is back on track and Noel Hogan, Mike Hogan, Fergal Lawler and Dolores O’Riordan are together again, playing the music we all know and love so much. This year, in February, their newest album Roses was released, and in November they will come to perform in Gasometer in Vienna. This will be a party concert, so if you are a fan of the Cranberries, you do not want to miss out on this.
