I visited this coffe house not long ago, and it was terrible. The location and the atmosphere was nice, but the service was slow and grumpy and the cakes were average. We had an Eszterhazy cake for example which tasted one thing; butter. Not a good experience, so next time we will go somewhere else for cakes and coffee in Vienna!

We always like the grinsteidl very much. Service is like everywhere in Vienna a little bit arrogant but still friendly.
